You have the right to return goods within 30 days following receipt of your order. The goods must be returned in the original condition they were sent to you and any damages or defects (including attempts to install) will invalidate the return.

Notification of any damages or shortages with delivered goods should be made within 48 hours of receipt by:

 You are entitled to a full refund of the cost of items returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Shipment costs will not be refunded excepting where items are identified as faulty.

Where items are returned between 15 and 30 days of receipt you are entitled to a partial refund of the cost of items. For items returned in their original condition, a standard £30 (exc. VAT) restocking and administrative fee will be deducted from the cost of the items. Additional fees may be chargeable if the items are found to require repair or replacement to return to their original condition. Shipment costs will not be refunded excepting where items are identified as faulty.

Your order should be returned using a tracked or signed for delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit. Please include a copy of your invoice in with the returned goods to enable us to progress the return and refund as efficiently as possible.

We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit unless we have organised for their return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will call you or send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All refunds must be processed to the original method of payment. Refunds may be processed via the following methods:

  • Bank Transfers Up to 10 working days
  • Card Refunds Up to 5 working days
  • Shopify [Web orders] Up to 10 working days
  • Cash Upon personal appointment*

 *Please note that cash refunds will only be made in person at our headquarters and may require proof of identification. At least two working days notice should be provided to ensure that the refund is available for collection.

These rights of return do not impact upon your statutory rights.
