You have the right to return goods within 30 days following delivery of your order. The goods must be returned in the original condition it was sent to you and any damages or defects (including attempts to install) will invalidate the return due to it not being in a condition to be re-sold. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items, unless the items are faulty or the wrong item was sent, then we will refund you for the cost of return or arrange suitable collection of the goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will call you or send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All approved returns will incur a £30 + VAT re-stocking admin fee and the remaining amount can either be refunded directly back to your card or sent via bank transfer. Payments sent via bank transfer can take between 5-10 working days. If payment was originally made by Credit Card, the refund must be returned to the same Credit Card.

Your order should be returned using a tracked or signed for delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit. Please include a copy of your invoice in with the returned goods to enable us to progress the return and refund as efficiently as possible.
