2. Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of the He-Man Dual Controls Limited and their immediate family members, or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the prize draw, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 We reserve the right to request proof of age and UK residency.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
3.2 To enter, participants must complete the survey in full and submit their contact details before the closing date.
3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
3.4 The opening date for entries is 17 February 2026.
3.5 The closing date for entries is 2 March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
4. The Prize
4.1 One winner will receive a Nextbase 322W Teaching Camera, valued at £109.99 (excluding VAT).
4.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
4.3 We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 28 days of the closing date.
5.2 The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 14 days of selection.
5.3 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Prize Delivery
6.1 The prize will be sent to the winner within 7 days of confirmation of acceptance.
6.2 We are not responsible for incorrect contact details provided by entrants.
7. Publicity
7.1 The surname and county of the winner can be obtained by sending an email to mail@he-mandualcontrols.co.uk within 30 days of the closing date.
7.2 If the winner objects to their surname and county being published or made available, they should contact us. In such circumstances, the we will still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

8.1 Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed as set out in the our Data Privacy Policy, available here.
8.2 Survey responses may be anonymised and used for research and business analysis purposes.
8.3 Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes.

9.1 We reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
