We're incredibly proud to have been re-accredited by Investors in People with their Gold Award.
Our last accreditation in 2021 seems a long time ago. Since then there have been changes in our leadership and management teams, investment in new equipment and training, and a company wide focus on reviewing and improving our processes to make our products even better for instructors and drivers. Every team at He-Man has been heavily involved in these projects, and we're delighted that these positive changes are being felt in the work we do every day.
Over the past few months Investors in People carried out surveys, onsite visits and face to face interviews with team members from across the business. They had particular praise for the improvements that have been made, how these have been championed by the leadership team, and the way their ideas are welcomed in a shared culture of continuous improvement.
Our people are at the heart of everything we do at He-Man, and it's really important to know that they feel appreciated and supported at all levels of the business. Investments in new machinery and streamlining of processes are making day to day work easier, and people are excited about the plans and opportunities we have in the future. The team atmosphere we pride ourselves on is still growing strong; in fact people say it's stronger than ever.
As a leadership team, it's always important for us to hear not only what's going well but what could be done better. We'll be going over the results identified by Investors in People and discussing where we can make even more improvements in the coming years. It's great to hear that people feel they can share their thoughts and suggestions easily with both colleagues and management - keep it up!
We're very proud to be going into 2025 with our shared values of continuously improving, staying stronger united and doing the right thing. It's these that allow us to not only make better products for our customers, but to make work better too.
